ABB Drive Care Agreement

ABB drive care service agreement ensures that ABB LV AC drives remain fully functional throughout their lifecycle.
The user can select from the services which are included in the drive care agreement. For example, the Technical Support service option enables the user to reach the authorized ABB staff 24 hours by phone or e-mail in case of any information required in connection with ABB drives. The other service option is the Preventive Care service that includes order, delivery and labor services. Lastly, the Complete Care service package is available, which includes Preventive Care services and any repair or drive replacement works. Each service package also contains the service contents included in the former one. Additionally, the user is offered, as an option, the Response Time service which ensures that an ABB service engineer arrives to the customer’s site within an agreed time schedule, depending on the customer’s location and needs. This service can also provided as an separate service.
